Return Policy

We will gladly issue store credit for your purchase within 14 days. Store Credit may be used online or in-store.

Please note the following items may not be returned: Jewelry, Sale Items, & Gift Certificates

All items must be unworn, in new condition, and with tags attached. This includes NO deodorant or make-up stains. Shoes must be in original box.

Starting your return:

1) Please make sure your return meets the criteria above.

2) Please e-mail millclothingcompany@gmail.com to start your return procedures. 

3) Mail back your items to Mill Clothing Company. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking. Mill Clothing Company is not responsible for lost items. You will be responsible for shipping cost. 

4) Once your package is received, please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your returns. Once return is processed, you will receive an e-mail updating you on the status of your return. 

 

Defective:

If you receive defective merchandise, please contact us at millclothingcompany@gmail.com within 2 days.
